Meet Our Staff

Dana Donaldson , M.A., BCBA
Program Manager/Program Mentor

Ms. Donaldson, a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, earned a B.S. in Psychology from Western Michigan University and in 2000 earned her teaching certificate and M.A. from Teachers College, Columbia University with a specialty in Behavior Disorders and Applied Behavior Analysis. While at Columbia, Dana worked as a teacher at the Fred S. Keller School where she gained experience in both assessing and treating the behavioral and educational needs of children with autism and related disorders. Ms. Donaldson has extensive experience in developing individualized programs for children with autism and in training school personnel and home tutors in the implementation of behavior analytic principles.

Ms. Donaldson joined NBA in 2000 and in 2001 became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. Since joining NBA, Ms. Donaldson has been instrumental in organizing and facilitating NBA's training program. She has facilitated numerous workshops for tutors, teachers and parents. Ms. Donaldson has also expanded her clinical skills to include fluency based instruction and became NBA's fluency based instruction consultant in 2005. Ms. Donaldson is a certified Microsoft ABA Provider.
