Yoko Phillips , M.S.Ed, BCBA
Program Manager/Program Mentor
Ms. Phillips, a Board Certified Behavior analyst since 2005, earned her B.S in Psychology in 2000 from Bridgewater State College in Massachusetts. After graduation, she has worked as a behavior therapist utilizing principles of Applied Behavior Analysis with children with a variety of ages and disabilities. While working as a therapist, Ms. Phillips enrolled at a graduate program at Simmons' College to pursue a Master's Degree in Behavioral Education. Upon the graduation in May 2005, she was promoted to a Clinical Coordinator at the same agency. While working as a Clinical Coordinator, she has gained experience in supervising therapists, consulting school classrooms and other community agencies, parent training and creating a various educational programs and behavior plans. She has moved to Seattle area and joined the NBA team as a Program Manager in November 2006. She is continuing to pursue her professional development and is currently a member of Association of Behavior Analyst (ABA).
Ms. Phillips is a certified Microsoft ABA Provider and a Licensed Associate Mental Health Counselor in Washington state.
